On line program of interactive learning with 4 sessions 2 weeks apart on Sunday afternoons.

Students will receive customized supplies in advance (shipping charges apply of $20 per order) and together we will make up to 5-6 delicious cheeses, advancing in complexity as we advance in our learning.
